William Severance-President

Bill started his career with a roofing business in high school in the Elgin area and then transitioned to a Kitchen and Bath business in 1988 because he enjoys working closely with clients during the creative process to turn the client’s home in to a work of art. The best compliment he has ever received is when a client called and left him a five minute voicemail that her custom shower system was the best shower experience she ever had.
As the President for 30+ years he values continued education and has completed the Certified Graduate Remodeler Program which emphasizes the technical, business and project management skills necessary to run a residential remodeling business.
Bill believes in managing every aspect of the job from design to product selection to installation in order to create a truly unique product with the advantage that the job runs with improved speed, ease, accuracy, attention to detail and craftsmanship.
He values relationships and has many clients where he has completed many different remodeling projects over the years including a couple in Geneva where he remodeled the same kitchen twice along with the bathrooms and bar over the last 17 years.
As a Baby Boomer himself, he sought out the Certified Aging-in-Place certification in order to provide clients the reassurance they can stay in their homes safely and securely with accommodations even if it is just for visitors.
Bill was born and raised in the Fox Valley area and has made it his home. He enjoys road biking, hiking, fine dining, and travel as long as he can enjoy the great outdoors.
